By subscribing to our service, you accept these terms and confirm your legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Acceptable Use of Our Service

Your subscription grants specific rights and responsibilities for using our financial planning platform

You may use our service for personal financial planning, access guidance materials, and participate in consultations as outlined in your subscription level

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account access or subscription content with unauthorised third parties
• Using our service for illegal activities or regulatory violations
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary content
• Providing false information that could affect the quality of financial guidance
• Using automated systems to access our platform without explicit permission

Subscriber Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you have important responsibilities for service effectiveness and compliance

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us of security concerns

All content, materials, and resources provided through our subscription service are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Velarionexiq.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use our content solely for personal financial planning purposes during your active subscription period

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement

Subscription and Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fee of £250 is charged in advance via direct debit or card payment. Fees include VAT at the current rate.

Service Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific financial outcomes or investment performance

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, subject to UK consumer protection laws

We exclude liability for consequential damages, investment losses, or indirect damages arising from service use

User Indemnification

Subscribers agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of our service or breach of these terms

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication, but formal procedures are available if needed

Subscription Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or illegal activity.

Upon termination, access to our platform and content ceases, though privacy obligations continue

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law, with UK courts having exclusive jurisdiction over disputes

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between parties

Terms Modifications

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
